This document sets out the conditions of use of the 18bba platform in full. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By creating an account, you are considered to have understood and agreed to all provisions here.

Account Eligibility
18bba services are open to individuals aged 21 and above who reside in areas permitted under our international licence. Each user is only allowed one active account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
A minimum deposit of RM20 and minimum withdrawal of RM100 apply to all payment methods. Deposited funds are for gambling purposes and are subject to the bonus conditions set out.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses, including the 100% welcome bonus of up to RM888, are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonuses are non-transferable and must be fulfilled within the stipulated period.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 18bba ("Platform", "We"), operating under an international licence. This agreement governs access to and use of the 18bba.app website, including all services, game products, transaction facilities and content provided within it.
By registering an account, accessing the website, making a deposit or using any function of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms in this document as well as our separate Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility Requirements and Account Registration
To register and use 18bba services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times while your account is active:

- Not hold more than one active account on the 18bba platform — multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in suspension of all accounts in question
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your area of residence regarding online gambling
18bba reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of identification (MyKad), proof of address or additional related documentation. Accounts that fail to complete the verification process within the stipulated period will be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the 18bba platform are processed through the payment methods listed below. We do not charge any processing fees to users for standard deposits. However, network fees may apply for cryptocurrency transactions.

All withdrawal requests will be reviewed by our finance team before being processed. Withdrawals may be delayed if there are additional verification requirements or if bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met. 18bba is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
It is prohibited to use the 18bba account as a money transfer facility. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
18bba offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly VIP cashback and special promotions. All promotions are subject to individual conditions published alongside the relevant offer, as well as the following general rules:
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 20 = RM2,000. Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,688 → wagering requirement RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.
- Wagering Requirement: The total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonus Period: Bonuses must be used within the stipulated period from the time of crediting. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus terms, including through multiple accounts or systematic hedging bets, will result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the account.
- VIP Cashback: VIP members are eligible for weekly cashback according to their tier, ranging from Bronze to Diamond. The cashback rate is determined by the user's current VIP level.
5. Game Rules and Outcomes
All games offered by 18bba are operated by licensed software providers using random number generators (RNG) that have been verified and audited by independent bodies. Game fairness is our top priority.
The outcome of all games is final once a round or game session is complete. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the 18bba support team within 7 days of the date of the incident. Relevant evidence such as screenshots or transaction reference numbers must be included.
- Slots, live casino, sports betting and instant games each have specific rules displayed within their respective game interfaces
- Winnings resulting from technical errors or software malfunctions will not be paid out and affected games will be voided
- 18bba reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or unintentional
- For sports betting, outcomes are based on the official results of the relevant sports body. Postponed or cancelled matches will be handled in accordance with the sports betting rules displayed
6. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 18bba customer service. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances will be returned to the user after the verification process and wagering requirement review are complete.
We provide a self-exclusion option for users who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion options include temporary and permanent exclusion. Users who request permanent exclusion will not be able to re-register using the same personal information.
18bba also reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Fraud or provision of false information during registration
- Attempts to cheat the game system or manipulate outcomes
- Breaching any term in this document
- Request from the relevant authorities
- Account inactive beyond the set period with no activity
7. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection and use of users' personal data is governed entirely by the 18bba Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. We collect information required for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and compliance with legal requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
18bba provides the gambling platform as-is and makes no specific or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 18bba will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption.
Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and they are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. 18bba is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activity on our platform.
9. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
18bba reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the 18bba platform after the effective date of such amendments is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.
